Jeff Davies...
Construction has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up on job sites, watching my father and grandfather, both expert drywall finishers and general contractors, shape spaces with skill, precision, and pride. I was walking through projects with them as a toddler, and by the time I was a teenager, I was learning the craft myself. To this day, I am still highly proficient in drywall and plaster work by hand, a skill that keeps me connected to the roots of our trade.
I began my career in residential fire and water restoration in Hickory, NC from 1998 to 2005, completing hundreds of projects that required technical accuracy, creative problem solving, and calm guidance for families facing stressful situations. In 2005, I launched a commercial construction company with my father, received my own General Contractors license in 2009, and spent the next several years traveling the country building plasma donation centers, restaurants, and specialty commercial spaces.
In 2013, I founded a commercial and residential construction company in Charlotte NC, where I have since built numerous local businesses across the region, from medical and wellness facilities to restaurants and boutique commercial upfits. In 2020, our work expanded heavily into high end residential projects, including custom new construction and whole home renovations in many of Charlottes most established neighborhoods.
Today, I live in Myers Park with my wife and our four children, who attend Selwyn Elementary, Alexander Graham Middle School, and Myers Park High School. We love this city, its neighborhoods, its builders, its creatives, and the people who make it feel like home. We look forward to many more years of being part of Charlottes growth and story.
